The business scope of the company includes all kinds of forgings and forged round bars, the main production of forgings with a single weight of less than 40 tons: bar, shaft, cake, cylinder, square steel, etc. The company can process all kinds of rod materials, such as carbon composite steel (20#-60#), composite steel (20-40 Cr, 20-42 CrMo, 20-30CrMnTi, 27 SiMn, 40CrNiMoA, etc.), mold steel (5CrNiMo, 5CrMnMo, H13, etc.), the specification range is φ 130- φ1000mm.

The main production of a single weight of 40 thousand tons of forging: bar, shaft, cake, cylinder, square steel and so on. Our company can also undertake all kinds of material bar processing, including the material processing in line with the national standards and the material of your special requirement (the specification range: φ200-φ1000mm). Delivery status, tempering, normalizing, annealing, can also be delivered according to customer's technical requirements.

Tangshan Shengtong Forging Co., Ltd. with more than 30 years of large-scale forging and processing history has passed the IS09001:2008 quality management system certification. Our company has two plants. Plant No. 1 covers an area of about 26,000 square meters. The main equipment includes one THP 10-4000T high speed forging machine, one 2000T four-column hydraulic machine, one 3T electrohydraulic hammer, eight gas heating furnaces, annealing furnace and normalizing furnace, as well as various supporting equipment and relevant professional testing equipment, with an annual design and processing capacity of 40,000 tons. Plant No.2 covers an area of about 30,000 square meters, and the main equipment includes three 2000T forging machine: one 2000T fast forging machine (for cogging use), one 2000T precision forging machine (for finishing use), one 2000T forging press (for straightening use); five gas heating furnaces, one normalizing furnace, eight annealing and insulation pits and various supporting equipment. Our company has six senior technicians, six quality inspectors of forging and processing, and more than 60 professional technical workers.
